Our Standards
- We do not offer, request, give or accept bribes, kickbacks, facilitation payments or other improper benefits.
- All official dealings, payments, records and use of client funds must be lawful, accurate, authorised and traceable.
- We do not tolerate misconduct through third parties or retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.
Public Officials, Gifts and Payments
We do not give cash, gifts, hospitality, travel or anything else of value to improperly influence an official decision. Official fees must be verified and paid through authorised, traceable channels; payments to personal accounts or undocumented recipients are prohibited.
Third Parties and Conflicts of Interest
We conduct risk-based checks before engaging third parties, require legitimate services and reasonable fees, and expect conflicts of interest to be disclosed promptly.
Activity-Specific Safeguards
- Certification, regulation and quality: We do not influence auditors, inspectors, laboratories or officials, conceal findings, falsify records or alter samples or results.
- People, training and education: Decisions, credentials, attendance, assessments and advice must be genuine, merit-based and free from undisclosed commissions or improper influence.
- Suppliers, projects and public-sector work: Selection, tendering, contracting, performance data and reported savings must be accurate, transparent and free from conflicts, kickbacks or improper payments.
Speaking Up
Employees, contractors, clients and partners should report suspected misconduct, payment requests or conflicts of interest. Reports may be confidential and, where permitted, anonymous; good-faith reporters will be protected from retaliation.
